General Conditioning Class:
This class combines, kettlebell training with basic martial arts conditioning and serves as a preparation class for the new Extreme Conditioning class. Find motivation in this structured, fun-filled yet goal-oriented environment. Ideal for adults of all ages and levels of fitness.

Extreme Conditioning Class:
Tuesday This class provides the extreme conditioning required for full contact sports such as the full-contact fighting art 'San Shou'. The instructor Mr. Leon Roux has studied several body conditioning philosophies as implemented by the top coaches in the world for sports such as Kung Fu, Rugby, Soccer etc. and has compiled a program aimed at creating the ultimate conditioning for the contact sport athlete. Though the program draws largely from kettlebell and martial arts basic conditioning principles, it is not sports specific training, and should be considered as a training regiment for any serious athlete.

Chin Na Seminar

Chin Na (Qin Na) is the study of how to control your opponent. It uses joint locks to limit mobility, and attacks acupuncture cavities and other sensitive parts of the body with strikes, grabs, and other techniques. This seminar will be conducted by Mr. Corlius Birkill, disciple of Dr. Yang, Jwing Ming.

Chin Na Seminar

Qigong means 'The study of Natural Energy'. This seminar will cover some basic theoretical concepts of Qigong practices as well as introduce the theoretical background to small circulation. This seminar will be conducted by Mr. Corlius Birkill, disciple of Dr. Yang, Jwing Ming.
